My Intention

For a long time, I lived disconnected from myself.
I moved through life following expectations that didn't truly belong to me, always searching for something outside of myself while quietly losing touch with what was within.
Returning to my body became the beginning of everything. Through yoga, nature, stillness, and honest self-inquiry, I slowly found my way home.

These circles are an extension of that journey. I don't believe I have the answers for anyone else.

What I do believe is that when we feel safe enough to slow down, listen, and be witnessed, something begins to soften.

My role is simply to hold that space with care, presence, and compassion.

This space may be for you if...

  • You're longing to slow down.

  • You crave genuine connection with other women.

  • You're navigating change, healing, or transition.

  • You want to reconnect with your body and inner voice.

  • You miss spaces where nothing is expected of you.

  • You're simply curious.

Is This Space For You?

How I Hold This Space

Every circle I facilitate is guided by a simple intention: to create a space where you feel safe enough to simply be.
A space where there is no pressure to have the right words, no expectation to share more than you wish, and no need to arrive as a different version of yourself.
I believe healing doesn't come from being told who to become.
It begins when we feel safe enough to listen to who we already are.

Compassion

Authenticity

Together, we create a space rooted in:

Presence

Honesty

Connection

Love and support

Above all, I hope each woman leaves feeling a little more connected to herself than when she arrived.

What a Circle
Might Feel Like

No two circles are exactly the same, because no two groups of women are the same.

Some evenings are filled with laughter.
Others invite quiet reflection.
Sometimes we move our bodies. Sometimes we write. Sometimes we sit in silence and simply allow ourselves to breathe.

Depending on the intention of the gathering, a circle may include:

  • A grounding meditation or breath practice

  • Gentle embodiment or mindful movement

  • Journaling and self-reflection

  • Thoughtfully chosen sharing prompts

  • Nature-inspired rituals or seasonal themes

  • Moments of silence and integration

  • Meaningful conversation in a safe and supportive space

Everything is an invitation, never an expectation.

You are always welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you.

Meet the Facilitator

Hello, I’m Milena.

I create and hold spaces where women can slow down, listen inward, and connect with themselves, with nature, and with one another.

My work is rooted in the belief that there is already so much wisdom within us. Sometimes we simply need a safe space, a little stillness, and the presence of other women to hear it again.

Through my circles, I weave together guided reflection, conversation, meditation, embodiment, nature, and simple rituals. Each gathering has its own theme and energy, but the intention remains the same: to create a space where you can arrive exactly as you are.

I don't come to the circle with all the answers. I come to hold the space, offer the invitations, and allow the wisdom of the circle to unfold.

Framework

I am a graduate of The Wild Woman Project facilitator training, and its work has been an important part of my own journey with women's circles.

From time to time, I facilitate Wild Woman Project circles, following their framework and giving credit to the work that has shaped me.

I also create and facilitate my own women's circles, inspired by my own practices, themes, and relationship with nature and seasonal living. These gatherings are independent from The Wild Woman Project and do not necessarily follow its structure.

What You Won’t Find in My Circles

You won't be asked to have all the answers.

You won't be expected to share before you're ready.

You won't be judged for where you are in your journey.

You won't need to perform, compare, or prove yourself.

This is not a space for perfection.

It is a space for honesty.

For slowing down.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

Come Sit with Us

There is no right way to arrive.

You can come curious, quiet, full of questions, or simply longing for the company of other women.

You don't need to know exactly what you are looking for.

Perhaps you just feel the desire to pause for a while, to be witnessed, to listen, to share, or to remember a part of yourself that has been quiet lately.

If you feel called, I would love to meet you in circle.
